Meet Our Chef
Our chef Kyriakos Iakovidis was born in May 1986 and grew up in Pefki, a village on the island of Rhodes. At the age of 16 he left the village to study cooking. Since then he has not stopped looking for ways to evolve gastronomically.
He continued his learning career in a awarded Michelin restaurant and has attended many seminars around the world in the field of cooking and confectionery by renowned professionals in their field.
His “thirst” for knowledge is complemented by his studies in oenology, as he does not stop looking for new gastronomic challenges.
His steady rise as a chef and his continuous development have made the Hellas restaurant one of the most emblematic gastronomic places of the island.
